Sable Williamson is a native of Central Illinois. Sable was raised and received her formal education in Atlanta Georgia, from 1996-2007. While meeting the demands and expectations of Middle &, High school, along with family life, Ms. Williamson participated in 21st Century Leadership Training, Logged countless hours of volunteer training, and service to organizations such as The 100 Black Women & 100 Black Men of Atlanta. 2005-2007 she served as legislative page (s) to; Senator Connie Stokes, Representative Lester Jackson, Lt. Governor Mark Taylor, State Representative Calvin Smyre, & Secretary of State Cathy Cox. In 2009 Sable began her formal Graphic Design training at the Art Institute of Atlanta, and in 2010 was named on the Dean’s List. Sable has a natural talent with oil painting and design. Sable specializes in Graphic design, & Glass Art.
Sable has designed commissioned works for political campaigns, book covers, and graphic design projects for local and national organizations. Ms. Williamson currently is part of an Artist Consortium with Out of Africa Gallery & Art Center where she assist with the day to day operations of the Art Center, and plays a key role in program development. Ms. Williamson is a dedicated supporter, member and volunteer with The African American History Museum of Central Illinois. Sable’s goals are to develop a charter school with local Springfield, Illinois pastor Silas Johnson dedicated to the proper education of our youth. The school will be based in Springfield, IL and it will be called Nehemiah Bright Start Academy. Travel the world, teach in Ethiopia and continue helping with the family gallery.
